Our premade mRNA (EGFP/ mCherry/ Luciferase/ Cas9) was generated with cap1 and with or without modified nucleotide, N1-Methylpseudouridine (m1Ψ). Both the protein expression (EGFP/ mCherry/ Luciferase) and the editing function (Cas9) of our pre-made mRNA have been fully validated for high levels in the cell culture.

Porton Advanced’s analytical platform showed the results on particle size distribution of LNP sample by SEC-MALS to be less than 0.1, proving the stable process delivered by the process development team.

Compared to Lipo8000, LNP-circRNA showed higher transfection efficiency and biocompatibility. Through different routes of administration (intramuscular injection and intravenous injection), LNP-circRNA shows consistency in transfection efficiency in mice.

Storage

Our mRNA products are stored in Tris buffer (pH 7.4) and can be stored at -80°C for up to 12 months. Both products are shipped on dry ice and should not be subjected to frequent freeze-thaw cycles.
