Cell Engineering

Viral Vectors
A lentivirus is a single-stranded RNA retrovirus that is widely used as a gene transfer tool in cell and gene therapies based on its ability to infect both dividing cells and differentiated non-dividing cells.
mRNA

Plasmid

Lentivirus Helper Plasmids
Porton Advanced has completed numerous GMP productions of plasmids, including supercoiled plasmids for LVV, AAV, and linearized plasmids for mRNA. Our facilities are equipped with level D cleanrooms for upstream fermentation, level C cleanrooms for downstream purification, and level B cleanrooms for the filling area.
